This great offer gives you a monthly 90-minute treatment – curated by our expert therapists to address your individual wellness concerns throughout the year.
Your membership is customisable with a choice of one 60-minute luxury treatment:

- Botanicals Bespoke Body Massage
- Holistic Reflexology
- Holistic Reiki
- Holistic Facial
You will then select from a range of 30-minute complementary treatment options to extend and enhance your experience.

- Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage
- Prescriptive Reflexology
- Eyebrow Shape & Tint*
- Lash & Brow Tint*
- Mini Manicure

No matter which combination you choose, we guarantee that you’ll leave your monthly treatment feeling truly relaxed and cherished.
*A patch test is required up to 48 hours in advance of any wax or tinting.
How long does the membership plan run for?
- All Botanicals Bakewell day spa memberships have a 3-month minimum contract.
- Monthly rolling contract thereafter.
- If you wish to cancel your membership after the 3-month minimum contract, please inform us with at least 30 days notice before your next billing date by contacting hello@botanicals-bakewell.co.uk.
How are membership payments taken?
- Day Spa membership payments & renewals are automatically billed to the client’s credit or debit card, not via Direct Debit.
- Renewals are automatically billed every 30 days from the first day you sign up.
How do I book my monthly treatment allowance?
- To access your account and view your Botanicals Bakewell day spa membership, click here and sign in.
- Select your membership plan and click book now.
- On the treatment menu, select the service ‘Wellbeing Membership – Service’ and follow the instructions.

How do I select my monthly treatment options?
- Once you have booked in your membership service, you will receive a consultation form where you can pick your treatment options.
What if I want to change my membership options after I have already chosen them?
- You can adjust your membership options by sending us an email to hello@botanicals-bakewell.co.uk or calling us on 01629 814 458
Can I still use a Loyalty Card if I am enrolled onto a Botanicals Bakewell membership plan?
- If you are enrolled onto a membership plan at Botanicals Bakewell, you will not get a stamp with your regular monthly treatment – however, you will get a stamp with every £50 spent on retail products and additional treatments.

What if I'm unable to make my treatment?
- If you are unable to make your treatment allowance for that monthly cycle, treatments may be gifted over to a friend or family member.
- Treatments must be taken within the payment cycle. If you cannot make your appointment that months, treatments taken outside of the payment cycle must be redeemed within ten days.
