How long does the membership plan run for?

  • All Botanicals Bakewell day spa memberships have a 3-month minimum contract.
  • Monthly rolling contract thereafter.
  • If you wish to cancel your membership after the 3-month minimum contract, please inform us with at least 30 days notice before your next billing date by contacting hello@botanicals-bakewell.co.uk.

How are membership payments taken?

  • Day Spa membership payments & renewals are automatically billed to the client’s credit or debit card, not via Direct Debit.
  • Renewals are automatically billed every 30 days from the first day you sign up.

How do I book my monthly treatment allowance?

  1. To access your account and view your Botanicals Bakewell day spa membership, click here and sign in.
  2.  Select your membership plan and click book now.
  3. On the treatment menu, select the service ‘Wellbeing Membership – Service’ and follow the instructions.

How do I select my monthly treatment options?

  • Once you have booked in your membership service, you will receive a consultation form where you can pick your treatment options.

What if I want to change my membership options after I have already chosen them?

Can I still use a Loyalty Card if I am enrolled onto a Botanicals Bakewell membership plan?

  • If you are enrolled onto a membership plan at Botanicals Bakewell, you will not get a stamp with your regular monthly treatment – however, you will get a stamp with every £50 spent on retail products and additional treatments.

What if I'm unable to make my treatment?

  • If you are unable to make your treatment allowance for that monthly cycle, treatments may be gifted over to a friend or family member.
  • Treatments must be taken within the payment cycle. If you cannot make your appointment that months, treatments taken outside of the payment cycle must be redeemed within ten days.

How do I cancel my membership?

  • If you wish to cancel your membership after the 3-month minimum contract, please inform us with at least 30 days notice before your next billing date.
